• Experience delivering production software using AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) across multiple components.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and sustainment of secure, scalable production software using AI coding agents across the database, service, and application layers.
• Orchestrate multiple agents and parallel workstreams by decomposing features into well-scoped tasks with clear context and acceptance criteria.
• Design and maintain the team's agentic development environment, including project context files and CI/CD guardrails.
• Set the standard for AI-generated code by validating output through automated testing, code review, security checks and HIPAA compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers in prompting, context engineering, and architectural review; collaborate with Product Management, architects, and engineers.
