• Scope opportunities to determine appropriate solution type (single-purpose agent, automated workflow, or multi-tier system).
• Build production agents and automations on enterprise platforms and frameworks.
• Design multi-tier agent systems with orchestration layers and human handoffs.
• Integrate with business systems via approved connectors and MCP servers.
• Deliver documented runs, ownership, and operability to business users.
• Baseline process performance and measure ROI before and after deployment.
• Instrument deployed agents to continuously demonstrate value and capture lessons learned.
• Apply ISO/IEC governance mindset and data handling controls to every build.
• Define governance, security, and compliance telemetry for each agent.
• Establish monitoring and alerting for drift and cost control.
• Operate within AI Governance Committee processes and approved use policies.
