EarnIn is hiring an AI-focused software engineer who builds production-grade agents and harnesses that enable real-time financial flexibility for people living paycheck to paycheck. You will work at the intersection of platform engineering, developer experience, and applied AI, designing prompts, tool calls, and scalable architectures.

You will shape the product development lifecycle, ensure safe and fast AI adoption, and contribute reusable libraries that accelerate team delivery.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of full-time software engineering experience, with 2+ years building tooling or developer platforms.
• Education: CS/Engineering degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Hands-on experience with LLM integration patterns, prompts, RAG pipelines, and agent architectures.
• Comfort across the stack and working with orchestration frameworks.

Aufgaben

• Design and build AI agents, prompts, tool calls, and the underlying architecture.
• Shape PDLC processes, scoping, design, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Develop evaluation pipelines and governance for AI-assisted workflows.
• Create reusable libraries and templates to accelerate AI integration for squads.
