Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior/Lead AI Software Engineer for the Agentforce Supply Chain team in Bellevue, WA. You will drive the ongoing development of intelligent agents, design scalable architectures, and advance AI-enabled processes that improve global supply-chain operations.

You will collaborate with product, design, and executive stakeholders to translate business goals into robust technical roadmaps and high-impact features. Strong AI/ML and software engineering experience are required.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science with AI coursework; MS preferred.
• 5+ years (Lead 7-12; Senior 4-8) in software engineering with AI/ML.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or C++.
• Strong background in APIs, data modeling, and databases.
• Proficient with AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) and production-grade serving libraries like vLLM or Hugging Face TGI.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of intelligent agents for supply chain tasks.
• Spearhead architectural decisions for distributed systems serving millions of users.
• Design and implement planning systems for autonomous workflows.
• Build production-grade software with AI as a core development workflow.
• Collaborate with Design, Product Management, and industry experts to build features.
