You will lead design of distributed systems with 24/7 availability, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, design, and customers to shape safe, scalable AI-powered solutions.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related field, MS preferred.
• 5+ years in software engineering with AI/ML focus.
• Proficient in Python, Go, Java, or C++ and APIs.
• Experience with cloud infra and observability tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of intelligent agents for supply chain tasks.
• Spearhead architecture of distributed systems with 24/7 availability.
• Design planning systems for multi-step autonomous workflows.
• Build production-grade software with AI as a core component.
• Integrate AI agents into human workflows to boost efficiency.
• Contribute to shared context enabling AI reliability and accuracy.
• Critically evaluate code for quality, security, and performance.
• Partner with PM and leadership to map multi-year tech roadmaps.
• Guide AI model deployment, safety, and reliability practices.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Engage customers to validate technical approaches.
• Participate in hiring decisions and talent development.
