Job summary

SMS InfoComm Corporation is seeking an organized Operations Manager to oversee daily operations for AI server repair support. You will lead a team of technicians, drive efficiency, and maintain customer satisfaction by implementing SOPs, tracking KPIs, and aligning with company policies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in management or 5+ years of operations management in a technical setting, plus at least 3 years in server/computer repair or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management or at least 5 years of operations management experience in a technical and/or production environment.
• Must have at least 3 years of working experience in server/computer repair, and/or networking management, and/or relevant technical testing & troubleshooting background.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to translate business strategy into day-to-day delivery and manage both tactical and strategic work.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
• Create and implement SOPs for testing, repair processes, and quality guidelines.
• Lead and train a team of technicians; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate with warehouse for materials and production scheduling; ensure accurate accounting.
• Monitor KPIs (turnaround time, repair rates, first-pass yield) and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies; maintain positive work environment and culture.
• Act as escalation point for customer concerns and ensure goals are met or exceeded.
