Job summary

CSAT Solutions LP seeks a senior engineering leader to direct a multidisciplinary team of test, process, manufacturing/automation engineers and technicians supporting AI server repair operations.

You will guide technical diagnosis and repair of AI servers, GPUs, networking gear, and data-center infrastructure while driving process improvements in repair, test, and validation disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of engineering experience in electronics manufacturing/server repair or high-tech service operations.
• 3+ years of engineering management experience leading technical teams.
• Experience supporting AI servers, GPU platforms, enterprise hardware, or data-center infra is preferred.
• Proven expertise in NPI, engineering validation, CAPA, DOE, SPC and reliability engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering organization (Test, Process, Manufacturing/Automation Engineers, Technicians) supporting AI server repair operations.
• Provide technical leadership for diagnosis, repair, and validation of AI servers, GPU systems, networking equipment, and data center infrastructure.
• Direct engineering activities supporting repair operations, including test development, process optimization, qualification, CAPA, and documentation.
• Develop and continuously improve repair processes, tooling, diagnostics and automated test solutions.
• Lead NPI readiness through process development, training, tooling, spare parts strategy and test capability deployment.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, DOE, statistical analysis and data-driven decision making.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related technical discipline

Master’s degree preferred

Minimum seven (7) years engineering experience in electronics manufacturing/server repair/high-tech service

Minimum three (3) years of engineering management experience
