Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent work experience is required.
• Minimum 3 years work related supervisor/manager experience in PC related system repair service industry.
• Must be fluent in English; Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Ability to generate management reporting in Excel and create instructions in Word and presentations in PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Review critical customer requirements such as quality and turnaround time and assign tasks to supervisors.
• Generate and review management reports; present corrective actions to maintain service quality.
• Maintain space, equipment, and supplies; manage repair parts inventory with audits and reconciliations.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise production activities; ensure timely project completion.
• Develop KPI goals and 5S compliance; promote energy conservation and safety.
• Build and sustain relationships with customers, suppliers and internal partners.
