Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent work experience is required.
Minimum 3 years work related supervisor/manager experience in PC related system repair service industry.
Must be fluent in English; Spanish speaking is a plus.
Ability to generate management reporting in Excel and create instructions in Word and presentations in PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Review critical customer requirements such as quality and turnaround time and assign tasks to supervisors.
Generate and review management reports; present corrective actions to maintain service quality.
Maintain space, equipment, and supplies; manage repair parts inventory with audits and reconciliations.
Plan, schedule, and supervise production activities; ensure timely project completion.
Develop KPI goals and 5S compliance; promote energy conservation and safety.
Build and sustain relationships with customers, suppliers and internal partners.
