Job summary

SMS INFOCOMM CORPORATION in Grapevine, TX seeks a results‑driven supervisor to lead the repair technician team, improve KPI attainment and ensure ISO-aligned processes.

You will monitor performance, implement corrective actions, train staff, manage inventory, and collaborate across departments to achieve SLA targets and cost‑effective operations.

This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to work with cross‑functional partners in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years work-related supervision experience in server-related system repair service industry.
• Fluent in speaking/writing in English. Spanish speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of repair technicians.
• Review and evaluate daily KPI and customer SLA requirements.
• Present corrective and preventive actions to maintain superior service quality and continuous improvement.
• Recruit qualified repair technicians and set up adequate training based on approved work instructions. Monitor individual process execution after training.
• Conduct periodic inventory audits in department repair center and reconcile physical counts.
• Maintain and develop record-keeping procedures. Manage appropriate department training records in accordance with applicable regulations, policies, and ISO standards.
• Aid department manager in the development of KPI goals and objectives. Recommend, implement and administer methods and procedures to enhance operations.
• Aid other department supervisors to ensure smooth inter-department processes and procedures.
