Job summary

Witness AI in the Atlanta/Southeast region seeks a Senior Sales Engineer to bridge technology and customers, delivering comprehensive pre‑sales advisory services and solution architecture for enterprise clients.

You will collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to showcase the platform, run PoCs, and translate complex capabilities into clear customer value while guiding integration with client tech such as SASE, firewalls, Windows and Mac environments, APIs, and SIEM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/Engineering/IS or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years in technical pre-sales, solutions architect, or sales engineering in enterprise software/cybersecurity/AI governance.
• Strong familiarity with SASE (e.g., Zscaler/Netskope/Cato).
• Experience with firewall tech (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, Check Point).
• Experience with SIEM (Splunk, QRadar) and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and craft tailored AI governance solutions.
• Conduct product showcases, PoCs, and presentations highlighting platform capabilities.
• Translate technical features into clear customer benefits and outcomes.
• Engage directly with clients to articulate technical value and address questions.
• Architect integration strategies between AI governance software and customer tech (SASE, firewalls, Windows/Mac, APIs, SIEM).
• Collaborate with product/engineering to reflect customer feedback and influence roadmaps.
• Stay informed on cybersecurity, AI compliance, data governance, and regulatory trends.
• Participate in industry events to boost brand presence.
