Job summary

TrendAI is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect, AI to serve as the subject matter expert for our full AI Security portfolio.

This high-visibility, field-facing role owns the technical narrative and architecture strategy across three pillars—AI Infrastructure Security, AI Application Security, and AI Public-Facing Application Security—and works cross-functionally with sales, the Solutions Engineering bench, product management, and customers to drive technical wins and shape our AI security

Qualifications

• 8+ years in security architecture or related pre-sales / technical roles.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML system architecture and cloud AI services (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI).
• Hands-on understanding of LLM security risks (prompt injection, data poisoning, model theft).
• Experience securing public-facing applications and APIs (API security, WAF).
• Familiarity with CSPM/CNAPP or equivalent cloud-native security tooling.
• Excellent executive presentation, communication, and technical storytelling skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical SME for AI Security across the US SE organization.
• Architect and present solutions across the three AI security domains: infrastructure, application, and public-facing security.
• Lead PoC engagements for top AI security opportunities.
• Build and maintain reference architectures, demo environments, and enablement content for the SE bench.
• Deliver executive and technical-depth presentations to CISOs and security leaders.
• Partner with Product Management to feed field and customer feedback into the AI security roadmap.
