This is a hands‑on senior IC role that writes code, designs systems, and sets technical direction, while leading through influence with engineering, IT, Legal, Privacy, and the broader AI/ML org. Qualificações

• 8+ years in security engineering, platform engineering, or a closely related technical field with hands‑on software development.
• Experience building and operating production systems with large language models and real deployments.
• Strong Python skills, API design, distributed systems, and cloud infra (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Deep security engineering knowledge: IAM, secrets, network boundaries, logging, and secure SDLC.
• Experience with AI risk: prompt injection, data leakage, insecure tool use, supply‑chain risks.
• Proven track record influencing change through collaboration and shipping usable systems.

Responsabilidades

• Stand up the enterprise AI infrastructure for security: gateway, auth, logging, and cost attribution.
• Enable agentic systems with reusable components for tool integration and safe execution.
• Wire data sources to AI systems with proper access controls and data classification.
• Build evaluation harnesses, regressions, and observability to prove AI system reliability.
• Govern the stack with guardrails, risk policies, and secure development practices.
• Drive AI adoption across the security organization through enablement and governance.
