Qualifications

• 8+ years in security or platform engineering with hands-on software development.
• Production systems with large language models (not prototypes).
• Strong Python and API design, plus cloud infra experience.
• Identity and access management, secrets management, logging and detection, secure SDLC.
• AI-specific risk knowledge and mitigations.
• Ability to drive technical change through influence.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
