Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a highly technical Senior Engineer with deep Systems Engineering expertise to lead AI security, platform modernization, and developer productivity across Digital Technology. You will drive secure AI adoption, set the AI vulnerability roadmap, and accelerate engineering modernization to enable rapid releases against security threats.

You will act as a technical leader and architect, delivering complex features, guiding design, and maintaining end-to-end solution

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, and platform engineering experience.
• Hands-on with large-scale distributed systems and enterprise platform design.
• Experience leading vulnerability remediation programs and security modernization.
• Strong knowledge of application security, OWASP, encryption and API security.
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and DevSecOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI security, platform modernization, and developer productivity initiatives.
• Define technology tool stack and evaluate new testing practices for teams.
• Enable CI/CD capabilities and optimize CI/CD pipelines across teams.
• Provide technical leadership and establish engineering standards enterprise-wide.
• Lead remediation of AI-related vulnerabilities and secure software delivery.
• Drive rapid-release capabilities for critical vulnerability remediation and security response.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Security, and Infrastructure teams on standards.
