Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 5+ years cybersecurity experience with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML security.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI/LLMs and assessment frameworks (MITRE ATLAS, OWASP Top 10 for LLM/GenAI, NIST AI RMF).
• Strong knowledge of frameworks, policies, and controls for governing AI use cases; understanding AI/ML models, data dependencies, lifecycle.
• Experience bridging security with cloud/PaaS platforms and developer workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the AI security strategy, including standards, to secure AI/ML systems across their lifecycle (data, model, APIs, and integrations).
• Identify and mitigate AI-specific risks (model abuse, prompt injection, data leakage, model theft) and embed security into development, deployment, and third‑party usage.
• Partner with engineering, risk, and business teams to operationalize secure AI practices (threat modeling, control validation, monitoring).
• Define security requirements ensuring traceability between controls, risks, and governance frameworks.
• Monitor information security trends and keep leadership informed.
