Ripple is seeking a Senior Staff Security Engineer focused on AI Security. You will be the deepest technical expert at the intersection of artificial intelligence and security, guiding the strategy for AI security across the agentic SDLC and defining guardrails for LLM adoption.

You’ll build AI-powered security tooling and collaborate to embed AI security into Ripple’s daily operations. You will lead security reviews of AI integrations, drive risk assessment, and shape Ripple’s external posture

Qualifications

10+ years in Security Engineering with AI/ML security exposure.
Solid understanding of AI and LLM security concepts.
Experience securing agentic AI systems and runtimes.
Cloud security (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD security.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the AI security strategy and roadmaps across the SDLC.
Design and implement controls for LLM-integrated AI systems and agentic workflows.
Lead security reviews and risk assessments of AI integrations to production.
Build AI security tooling and contribute to external AI security posture.
