Job summary

Refractal Ltd is seeking a technical lead for US deals, guiding discovery, evaluation, and deployment with customer security, risk and AI teams. You will translate policies into enforceable controls and integrate Refractal with clients' environments and security tooling.

You’ll collaborate with account executives, build connectors, and deliver repeatable assets to accelerate the next US engagement. 6+ years in software, strong Python, and hands-on AI/LLM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software engineering, including customer-facing roles such as forward deployed or sales engineering.
• Strong Python, and confidence across APIs, cloud and identity.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI agents.
• Security experience as a practitioner or at a security vendor.
• Credibility with CISOs and engineers, and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, demonstrations and evaluations with Account Executives.
• Deploy Refractal into customers' environments and integrate with AI agents and security tooling.
• Translate customer policies and regulatory requirements into enforceable controls.
• Help managed security service providers deploy Refractal for their clients.
• Build connectors and reference implementations, feeding patterns back to the roadmap.
