Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Principal Architect for AI Security to define and lead the security architecture strategy across our AI platform, products, and infrastructure. You will influence roadmaps, mentor senior engineers, and partner with leadership to ensure trustworthy and defensible AI systems.

You will own the AI security roadmap, drive zero-trust adoption, embed security controls through the ML lifecycle, and translate regulations (NIST AI RMF) into concrete architectural

Qualifications

• 12+ years in information security
• At least 5 years focused on cloud or platform architecture
• Hands-on security for ML/AI systems (LLMs, pipelines, serving)
• Experience with AI threat vectors (adversarial ML, data poisoning)
• Cloud security including IAM, networking, secrets, audit logging
• SSDLC and secure software development lifecycle
• Leadership in architectural decisions at scale
• Strong written and verbal communication (engineers to executives)
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks (NIST AI RMF)
• Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or cloud security specializations

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end security architecture for AI/ML systems
• Develop threat models for AI attack surfaces
• Lead design reviews for secure-by-default AI
• Own the AI security roadmap aligned with product and compliance
• Embed security controls throughout the ML lifecycle with ML engineers
• Drive zero-trust, least-privilege, and defense-in-depth across AI infra
