Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Sales Capture Senior Manager for Private AI in a hybrid US role. You will lead end-to-end pursuit, shaping opportunities, and translating client needs into compelling value propositions.

You will collaborate with architects, cyber, and delivery teams to build integrated, commercially viable solutions and drive profitable deals. Travel may be required; strong preferred background includes multi-pursuit leadership, governance, and cross-functional collaboration in enterprise

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in sales capture, deal shaping, pursuit management or solution-led enterprise sales.
• 2+ years of direct sales experience with quota of $10M+.
• 3+ years understanding deal lifecycle, pricing collaboration and delivery handover.
• 2+ years managing cross-functional teams across multiple pursuits.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales pursuit and deal shaping activities for Private AI opportunities, including qualification and governance.
• Translate client priorities around secure AI, data control, regulatory compliance, governance and hosting into business value propositions.
• Collaborate with solution architects, cloud/infrastructure teams, cybersecurity and legal to create an integrated solution and commercial model.
• Develop pursuit strategy, buyer value hypotheses, messaging and win themes.
• Manage proposal development inputs, cost reviews, and price-to-win discussions to align with sales strategy.
• Facilitate client discussions, workshops, and negotiations to progress opportunities through Accenture sales stages.
