Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Sales Capture Senior Manager for Private AI to lead end-to-end deal shaping and sales pursuit execution across strategic AI opportunities. You will convert qualified demand into compelling proposals, collaborating with architects, data/AI SMEs, cloud teams, cybersecurity, pricing and legal to deliver integrated, commercially viable solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales capture, deal shaping or enterprise sales in consulting/professional services.
• 2+ years’ direct sales experience with quota of $10M+.
• 3+ years understanding deal lifecycle, pricing and delivery handover.
• 2+ years managing cross-functional teams across multiple pursuits.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales pursuit and deal shaping for Private AI opportunities, including qualification, stakeholder mapping and governance.
• Translate client priorities around secure AI, data control, regulatory compliance and governance into business value propositions.
• Collaborate with solution architects, data/AI SMEs, cloud/infrastructure teams, cybersecurity and legal to create integrated solutions and commercial models.
• Develop pursuit strategy, buyer value hypothesis and proposal narratives to win opportunities.
• Manage inputs for proposals, cost models, pricing discussions and commercial assumptions to align with sales strategy.
• Facilitate client discussions, workshops, presentations and negotiations through Accenture sales stages and approvals.
• Monitor competitor positioning and procurement dynamics; adjust pursuit tactics as needed.
• Coordinate readiness, data quality, approvals and escalation for opportunities.
• Partner with delivery leadership to confirm feasibility, transition approach and risk posture before signature.
• Capture lessons learned for reusable content across the AI practice.
