Qualifications

• Experience in sales capture or enterprise sales in consulting/professional services.
• Direct sales with quotas of $10M+.
• Strong understanding of deal lifecycle, proposal development and pricing.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex stakeholders.
• Travel up to 25–100% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales pursuit and deal shaping for Private AI opportunities.
• Translate client priorities around secure AI and regulatory compliance into value.
• Collaborate with architects, data/AI SMEs, cloud and security teams, pricing and legal.
• Develop pursuit strategy, buyer value hypotheses, win themes and proposals.
• Manage proposal inputs, reviews and price-to-win discussions.
• Facilitate client discussions, workshops and negotiations to progress opportunities.
• Monitor competition and procurement dynamics; adjust tactics accordingly.
• Coordinate stage-gate readiness and escalation management.
• Partner with delivery leadership to confirm feasibility and handover commitments.
