Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Sales Capture Senior Manager - Private AI to lead end-to-end pursuit efforts for strategic AI opportunities across client segments.

You will translate priorities into business value, coordinate with solution architects, data/AI SMEs, cloud teams, and legal to craft integrated solutions and commercial models. Travel up to 25–100% may be required depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales capture, deal shaping, pursuit management or enterprise sales.
• 2+ years in direct sales with quota of $10M+.
• 3+ years understanding deal lifecycle, pricing, and delivery handover.
• 2+ years managing cross-functional teams across multiple pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales pursuit and deal shaping for PVT AI opportunities.
• Translate client priorities into clear business value propositions.
• Collaborate with architects, data/AI SMEs, cloud teams, security, and legal.
• Develop pursuit strategy, value hypotheses, and proposal narratives.
• Manage inputs, reviews, pricing, and commercial assumptions.
