Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales capture, deal shaping, pursuit management or solution-led enterprise sales.
• 2+ years in direct sales with quota of $10M+.
• 3+ years understanding deal lifecycle, pricing collaboration, delivery handover.
• 2+ years managing cross-functional teams across multiple pursuits.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales pursuit and deal shaping for PVT AI opportunities.
• Translate client priorities into value propositions for secure AI and governance.
• Collaborate with architects, data/AI SMEs, cloud/infrastructure teams, cybersecurity, delivery, pricing and legal.
• Develop pursuit strategy, buyer value hypothesis, message house, win themes and proposal storyline.
• Manage proposal inputs, solution reviews, cost model reviews, price-to-win discussions.
• Facilitate client discussions, workshops, presentations, and negotiations through sales stages.
• Monitor competitor positioning and adjust pursuit tactics accordingly.
