Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Sales Capture Senior Manager for Private AI to lead end-to-end pursuit and deal shaping across strategic client opportunities. You will convert qualified demand into compelling proposals and commercially viable solutions, collaborating with architecture, data/AI SMEs, cloud, cybersecurity, pricing and legal to craft integrated deals.

Qualifications

Minimum 8+ years in sales capture, deal shaping, or enterprise sales.
Experience in solution-led, multi-stalker pursuit management.
Strong in pricing, commercial negotiation and delivery handover.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end sales pursuit and deal shaping for private AI opportunities.
Translate client priorities into compelling value propositions and commercial models.
Collaborate with architecture, pricing, legal and delivery teams to align strategy.
Develop pursuit strategy, win themes and proposal narratives.
Manage inputs, reviews and price-to-win discussions to stay aligned with sales strategy.
Facilitate client discussions, workshops, and negotiations through sales stages.
Monitor competitive dynamics and adjust pursuit tactics accordingly.
Coordinate readiness, data quality, reviews and escalation management.
