Job summary

SoundHound Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to ensure customers have a positive experience with our conversational and generative AI platform.

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, build strong customer relationships, and drive adoption and value realization. The role requires 8+ years in customer-facing roles, expertise with CRM tools, and the ability to analyze data and communicate ROI.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer success, account management, project management or related role.
• CRM tools and data analysis experience required.
• Familiarity with SaaS, AI platforms, and industry trends beneficial.
• Strong communication and empathy with customers essential.
• Ability to analyze customer data and drive value through adoption.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, train, and enable customers to maximize platform use.
• Be the main contact for customers, managing end-to-end lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
• Drive retention and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and act as SME for AI capabilities.
• Provide ROI reporting, business-case tracking, and success metrics to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to improve the customer experience.
