You will drive risk management, collaborate with product teams, and strengthen governance while guiding senior leadership with clear, data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in control management focusing on compliance and operational/technology risk.
• Proven experience leading control oversight for a product, business, or function within a large organization.
• Strong leadership, strategic direction, collaboration, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team providing control oversight for an Operations product organization and strategic guidance supporting the responsible adoption of AI across Consumer and Community Banking Operations.
• Provide strategic leadership in identifying, assessing, and managing compliance and operational risks.
• Partner with Operations Product and other stakeholders to strengthen the control environment and support business objectives.
• Promote the consistent interpretation and application of applicable policies, standards, and governance requirements.
• Anticipate emerging risks and implementation challenges and drive practical, innovative enhancements to governance and control practices.
• Guide the development of effective, sustainable controls and drive timely resolution of identified gaps.
• Provide senior management with clear, actionable insights regarding risks, controls, issues, and emerging areas of focus.
• Leverage project management skills to lead strategic initiatives, manage delivery, and influence the continued development of the control management approach.
• Develop talent and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
