Simple Technology Solutions is seeking a senior requirements analyst to elicit, document, and validate AI-related needs for federal projects. You will write use cases, mockups, and specifications to drive test-first development, partnering with engineers and QA to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Remote role with occasional travel to client sites; the candidate should have strong communication skills and experience with Jira, Figma, and AI tooling.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 8+ years in business or systems analysis on software teams.
• Experience with AI or data-intensive projects preferred.

Mansioni

• Gather and document requirements from federal stakeholders.
• Write use cases, user stories, and specifications for engineers.
• Collaborate with tech lead on backlog and acceptance criteria.
• Define AI behavior acceptance criteria with QA partner.
