Simple Technology Solutions, LLC is seeking an AI Business Analyst to translate federal mission needs into requirements, use cases, mockups, and specifications for AI tooling. You will drive early user feedback, ensure traceability to Jira cards, and collaborate with AWS-native services and client teams.

This remote role requires US citizenship, a Bachelor’s degree, and 8+ years of experience. Candidates should be prepared for occasional travel and to earn AWS AI Practitioner and Claude CCao-F

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus
• Minimum of 8 years of business or systems analysis experience on software delivery teams
• Experience delivering AI, machine-learning, or data-intensive solutions
• Experience with federal, state, or public-sector stakeholders and governance constraints
• Strong use-case, user story, and specifications-writing ability
• Proficiency with wireframing and prototyping tools and AI tooling
• Understanding of AWS AI services at a mission-application level

Responsabilidades

• Elicit, analyze, and document requirements for AI applications with federal stakeholders
• Maintain the requirements trio: use cases, mockups, prototypes, and specifications
• Validate early with users and drive priorities from feedback
• Draft and cross-check requirements artifacts using AI tools and STS agents
• Partner with tech lead on backlog grooming and Jira card creation with acceptance criteria
• Define acceptance criteria and AI behavior expectations for each use case
• Model business processes, data flows, and integration points to assess AI value and risk
• Facilitate demos, UATs, and capture decisions in the requirements artifacts
• Document data handling, privacy, and responsible-AI considerations for governance
• Contribute to SDLC standards and support business development through discovery and proposals
