Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Software Tester to support an AI product within the Solutions and Technology Group. The role emphasizes ensuring requirements are met and enhancing release quality.

The position supports remote work anywhere in the United States and requires the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Responsibilities include testing, requirements elicitation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s with relevant experience.
• Experience with both manual and automated testing is required.
• Experience eliciting, documenting, and managing requirements.
• Experience testing AI-related products is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to obtain Secret clearance within a year.

Responsibilities

• Writes test scripts and identifies required test data for scenarios.
• Conducts walkthroughs of test cases with stakeholders and leads.
• Performs and leads software testing to verify operation and identify defects.
• Documents and supports analysis of test results and issues.
• Investigates, documents, and resolves complex problems, reporting progress.
• Documents requirements in the repository and manages changes to baselines.
• Validates requirements with stakeholders and communicates to engineers.
• Participates in Agile ceremonies and product planning.
• Documents requirements for existing product functionality.
• Identifies improvements to current procedures and future configurations.
