Qualifications

• 7+ years of business analysis experience on IT programs.
• Strong requirements elicitation, modeling, and documentation skills.
• Experience with Agile delivery and backlog management.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead elicitation, analysis, and documentation of complex business requirements.
• Translate business and regulatory needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate backlog refinement and prioritization with Product Owners.
• Model business processes, data flows, and workflow requirements.
• Mentor junior analysts and review requirements artifacts.
• Support UAT planning, test scenarios, and deliverable acceptance.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools for requirements analysis and documentation.
