Job summary

Moderna is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive project and program management of AI-readiness initiatives globally. You will partner with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, AI Engineering, Data, Enablement/L&D, software engineering, and business stakeholders to manage and drive improvement projects in a structured, predictable manner.

The role requires 8+ years in AI/ML program management, strong governance and vendor management skills, and the ability to scope multi-workstream

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Technical Program Management or Engineering Program Management in AI/ML-heavy environments.
• Experience with AI governance, model governance, or compliance frameworks.
• Experience driving AI transformation initiatives in large, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple, simultaneous, high-visibility AI/programs with data-driven scoping and risk-based execution.
• Develop and maintain processes, templates, and governance structures.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, AI Engineering, Data, and business stakeholders to drive improvements.
