Job summary

Moderna is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead program management for infrastructure rationalization and AI-readiness initiatives globally. You will coordinate cloud and on-prem environments, manage vendors and risks, and drive standardized, secure foundations for AI workloads.

You will partner with Cloud, Systems, and AI Engineering, shaping governance, KPIs, and cost optimization while advancing security and infrastructure excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management experience, preferably in infrastructure engineering.
• Technical depth, stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Background in infrastructure engineering with ITSM understanding.
• Experience running cross-functional, global programs with multiple workstreams.
• Ability to scope and drive complex programs in a structured, data-driven way.
• Strong listening skills and ability to solicit constructive feedback.
• Proven ability to influence in matrixed environments without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Program management using structured, data-driven, risk-based approaches.
• Kick off and manage multiple high-visibility workstreams with ownership and strong processes.
• Develop templates and processes or adapt existing ones.
• Manage vendors, schedule, scope, and cost.
• Measure success and risks with data; propose remediation strategies.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and drive outcomes across teams.
• Communicate clearly and timely; support secure, AI-ready infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Cloud, Systems, AI Eng, and other orgs to drive improvements.
