Job summary

Moderna is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive AI-readiness initiatives globally. You will manage multiple AI/ML programs, collaborate with cybersecurity, AI engineering, data teams, and business stakeholders, and shape governance for responsible AI use.

The role requires 8+ years in technical program management within AI/ML environments, strong data-driven decision-making, and vendor management skills. A hybrid in-office model is expected in the US.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Technical Program Management, Eng PM, or similar roles in AI/ML environments.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML systems, data pipelines, model training, and cloud infra.
• Experience with AI development workflows and AI-assisted engineering tools.
• Proven stakeholder and vendor management in cross-functional global teams.
• Ability to scope and drive complex, multi-workstream programs with data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive program scoping, execution, and reporting with a data-driven, risk-based approach.
• Lead multiple high-visibility workstreams with ownership and collaboration.
• Develop and maintain templates, processes, and structures as needed.
• Oversee vendors, schedules, scope, and costs to ensure success.
• Measure program outcomes and risks using data and factual insights.
• Propose risk remediation strategies and governance recommendations.
