Moderna Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive AI-readiness initiatives globally.

You will lead structured, data-driven programs spanning security, infrastructure, and governance, collaborating with Cybersecurity, AI Engineering, Data, and enablement teams. This role demands strong stakeholder influence and a track record of delivering complex, multi-workstream programs in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Technical Program Management in AI/ML-heavy environments.
• Background in software engineering, data science, or machine learning.
• Experience with LLM platforms, prompt engineering workflows, or AI copilots.
• Experience with AI development platforms, copilots, developer tooling, or MLOps concepts.
• Experience with responsible AI, model governance, or compliance frameworks.
• Experience driving structured, process-driven AI transformation initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Program Management—scoped and managed with data-driven, risk-based approach to execution and reporting.
• Lead multiple high-visibility, concurrent workstreams with ownership and collaboration.
• Create or adapt processes, templates, and structures for program governance.
• Manage vendors, schedule, scope, and cost; track progress and budgets.
• Measure program success and risks using data; communicate findings clearly.
