Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in cybersecurity risk management, technology risk management, or GRC.
• Experience with risk assessments, control evaluations, and governance activities.
• Experience working in a GxP-regulated environment.
• Ability to communicate cybersecurity risk concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience using AI to optimize risk analysis, documentation, or reporting.
• Ability to influence in highly matrixed environments.

• Identify, assess, monitor, and report digital, technology, cybersecurity, and emerging risks across Moderna.
• Support risk assessments, control evaluations, issue tracking, and remediation planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to validate risks and remediation plans.
• Maintain accurate risk data in GRC systems and related repositories for governance reporting.
• Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for governance forums.
• Analyze risk trends across assessments, controls, and AI-enabled use cases to mature the program.
• Document requirements for AI-enabled risk management processes and escalation points.
• Develop process documentation, templates, and guidance for repeatable practices.
