Dentsu in the United States is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to shape AI-powered workflows and agent systems. You will design conversational interfaces, self-service analytics, and trusted experiences that translate complex AI behavior into intuitive user journeys.

Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists, lead discovery with client stakeholders, and produce high‑fidelity prototypes. You will champion WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility and establish scalable design systems across distributed

Qualifications

• Portfolio with shipped, complex digital products.
• Strong command of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, such as Figma.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present design rationale to executives, engineers, and clients.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and own design decisions end to end.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and changing technical constraints.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI product experiences for client-facing workflows and agents.
• Define AI interaction patterns for uncertainty, latency, and human-in-the-loop moments.
• Create conversational interfaces and self-service analytics that expose data science outputs accessibly.
• Develop and maintain reusable AI interaction components to accelerate deployments.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to ensure feasible and accurate representations of model behavior.
• Lead discovery and user research with client stakeholders to validate concepts and inform roadmaps.
• Produce high-fidelity prototypes to test agent experiences before engineering investment.
• Champion WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility, screen-reader compatibility, and keyboard navigation.
• Establish UX standards, documentation, and design rationale records for AI products.
• Work with distributed teams across regions and time zones.
