Job summary

Dentsu is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to shape how users interact with AI-powered workflows and agent systems. You will design conversational interfaces, agent experiences, and self-service analytics that are intuitive and trustworthy for global users.

Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to translate technology into engaging experiences. You will lead user research, produce high-fidelity prototypes, establish reusable components, and champion accessibility across regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and usability.
• Proficient with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Excellent communication with executives, engineers, and clients.
• Ability to work independently and own end-to-end design.
• Comfort in ambiguous environments with evolving constraints.
• Experience with LLM-based products, chatbots, or agent workflows.
• Background in media/advertising or martech is a plus.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA).
• Experience with analytics / BI interfaces is a plus.
• Design system contribution or maintenance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end experiences for client-facing AI agent products, incl. conversational flows.
• Develop interaction patterns for AI systems (uncertainty, latency, etc.).
• Create conversational interfaces and self-service analytics for non-technical users.
• Establish reusable AI interaction components.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to understand system capabilities.
• Lead user research to validate concepts and inform roadmaps.
• Produce high-fidelity prototypes of agent experiences.
• Champion accessibility and content handling for AI.
• Develop UX standards and best practices for AI products.
• Work with distributed teams across regions/time zones.
