Job summary

Dentsu Creative in Los Angeles seeks a Senior Designer/Art Director to shape visual direction for performance creative across social, digital, web and video. You will translate strategy into compelling concepts, direct AI-generated work, and develop scalable visual systems that unify brand experience.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor others, and push the craft through experimentation with new tools and formats.

Qualifications

3+ years in art direction or design direction in advertising, creative, tech or related discipline.
Strong portfolio demonstrating visual taste, conceptual thinking, design craft and art direction across digital and social.
Experience using AI tools for image and video generation and directing AI-generated creative.

Responsibilities

Lead visual development and art direction across paid and organic social, digital, display, email, web and video.
Translate strategy and audience insights into strong visual concepts and scalable design systems.
Direct AI-generated creative with intent, shaping style, composition, storytelling and execution.
Develop storyboards, motion concepts, animations, and PR-ready assets as needed.
Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, designers, producers, and other disciplines.
