Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of product management experience with a focus on AI-driven products.
• Experience with LLM frameworks and tools (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex).
• Understanding of NLP, machine learning, and ethical AI principles.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI product strategy across platforms and define KPIs.
• Lead strategy and implementation of AI features and models in collaboration with data science teams.
• Ensure ethical AI practices including fairness, transparency, and privacy.
• Partner with GTM and cross-functional teams to plan launches and trainings.
