Job summary

Toppan Merrill LLC is seeking a Principal Product Owner to lead discovery and delivery for Quinn's AI capabilities. You will translate broad strategy into validated AI solutions and prioritized work with engineering, legal, security, and customers.

You’ll build trusted relationships with attorneys and corporate reporting leaders, shape the AI roadmap, define success metrics, and ensure high-quality, compliant product outcomes in a regulated financial disclosure environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience delivering B2B software.
• Experience launching AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation capabilities for professional users.
• Strong experience writing product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Proven ability to work directly with engineering teams to deliver complex products.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Quinn AI backlog and roadmap.
• Create detailed user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for AI features.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Legal, Security, and customers to translate market needs into solutions.
• Define the scope, success criteria, and acceptance standards for AI-powered features.
• Partner with engineering leadership to establish timelines and delivery commitments.
