Toppan Merrill is seeking an AI-focused Principal Product Owner to lead Quinn’s AI capabilities. You will translate market needs into validated AI solutions, own the backlog, and prioritize delivery with engineering, legal, security, and customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management or product ownership experience delivering B2B software solutions.
• Experience launching AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation capabilities for professional users.
• Strong experience writing product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Proven ability to work directly with engineering teams to deliver complex products.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build credibility with senior, detail-oriented professional audiences.
• Preferred in legal tech, capital markets, SEC reporting or regulated industries.
• Experience leading design partner, beta, or pilot programs.
• Familiarity with security reviews and vendor risk assessments in law firms.
• Experience with SaaS and cloud-based enterprise platforms.
