Toppan Merrill LLC is seeking a Principal Product Owner for Quinn AI to lead discovery and execution for AI capabilities, translating broader strategy into validated solutions. You will work with engineering, legal, security, sales and customers to design practical, trusted AI features for SEC workflows.

This role requires 7+ years in B2B product management, experience launching AI for professionals, and strong writing of requirements.

Qualifications

7+ years of product management or product ownership delivering B2B software.
Experience launching AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation capabilities for professional users.
Strong experience writing product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Proven ability to work directly with engineering teams to deliver complex products.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to build credibility with senior, detail-oriented professional audiences.

Responsibilities

Own and prioritize the Quinn AI product backlog.
Translate market needs into actionable requirements.
Define and maintain the Quinn AI roadmap, release priorities, and measurable success criteria.
Create detailed user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Balance customer needs, technical feasibility, business priorities, and regulatory requirements.
Lead product discovery with customers and design partners to understand workflows and unmet needs.
