Job summary

You'll establish the AI backlog, define success criteria, and ensure regulatory and security considerations are woven into development.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management delivering B2B software solutions.
- Experience launching AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation capabilities for professional users.
- Strong experience writing product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Proven ability to work directly with engineering teams to deliver complex products.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Own Quinn AI backlog and roadmap with clear priorities.
- Translate market needs into hypotheses, product decisions, experiments, and development opportunities.
- Lead discovery with customers and design partners to validate concepts and product-market fit.
- Define scope, success criteria, and acceptance standards for AI-powered features.
- Partner with Engineering to establish delivery timelines and rigorous release plans.
