Job summary

Toppan Merrill LLC seeks the first AI-dedicated Product Owner for Quinn, a cloud-based platform for drafting, reviewing, and filing SEC documents. You will translate Quinn's strategy into validated AI solutions and prioritize delivery while partnering with engineering leadership and top law firms.

Lead discovery with customers and design partners, write solid requirements, and define roadmaps, acceptance criteria, and governance for AI-enabled financial disclosure.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management or product ownership experience delivering B2B software solutions.
• Experience launching AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation capabilities for professional users.
• Strong experience writing product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Proven ability to work directly with engineering teams to deliver complex products.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build credibility with senior, detail-oriented professional audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Quinn AI product backlog.
• Translate client feedback, market insights, and emerging opportunities into clear requirements.
• Define and maintain the Quinn AI roadmap, release priorities, and measurable success criteria.
• Create detailed user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Balance customer needs, technical feasibility, business priorities, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead product discovery with customers and design partners to validate workflows and needs.
• Define evaluation frameworks and quality thresholds for AI capabilities.
