Job summary

Toppan Merrill is seeking a Principal Product Owner to lead discovery and execution for Quinn’s AI capabilities. You will translate broad product strategy into validated AI solutions and prioritized delivery, partnering with engineering, legal, security, sales, and customers to deliver trusted, practical solutions.

You will define scope, success criteria, and acceptance standards for AI-powered features, while aligning with regulatory requirements and governance in a highly regulated

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management or product ownership delivering B2B software solutions.
• Experience launching AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation capabilities for professional users.
• Strong experience writing product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Proven ability to work directly with engineering teams to deliver complex products.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize Quinn AI product backlog and roadmap.
• Translate market needs into validated AI solutions and prioritized delivery.
• Lead product discovery with customers and design partners to assess product-market fit.
• Define success criteria, acceptance standards, and quality thresholds for AI features.
• Collaborate with Legal, Security, and Engineering to ensure handling of customer content and governance.
