Job summary

Toppan Merrill LLC seeks a Principal Product Owner to lead Quinn's AI capabilities for capital markets and legal disclosure. You will translate broad strategy into validated AI solutions and prioritized delivery, partnering with engineering, legal, security, sales, and customers.

Own the Quinn AI backlog, define the roadmap and success metrics, ensure compliance and security, and deliver high‑quality features for professional users in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management or product ownership delivering B2B software.
• Experience launching AI, ML, or intelligent automation capabilities for professional users.
• Proven ability to write product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery and execution for Quinn's AI capabilities.
• Partner with engineering, legal, security, sales, and customers to translate needs into solutions.
• Define and maintain the Quinn AI backlog, roadmap, release priorities, and success criteria.
• Create detailed user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for delivery.
• Define scope, quality thresholds, and timelines with engineering leadership.
