Job summary

TriEdge Investments is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead zero-to-one AI products across the portfolio, embedding with operators, executives, engineers, and designers to identify problems and define strategy.

You will pilot, prove product-market fit at client level, and generalize successful solutions into reusable products. The role requires building from the ground up in AI/ML, embracing ambiguity and driving adoption.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or product leadership, with ownership of zero-to-one development.
• Hands-on experience taking products into live operating environments, including rollout and post-launch iteration.
• Deep experience with AI-native products; ML, NLP, and intelligent workflow products are valued.
• Strong product judgment: identify real user pain, define MVP, and assess scalability.
• Able to work directly with engineers, write clear requirements, and drive execution.

Responsibilities

• Own zero-to-one development of AI-native products across TriEdge portfolio companies and select partners, from concept through MVP, requirements, roadmap, and success metrics.
• Work with operators and executives to identify high-leverage problems and define where software creates measurable impact.
• Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to prototype, test, and ship products in real operating environments.
• Own end-to-end implementation, including rollout, adoption, and change management inside a customer’s environment.
• Drive customer discovery through interviews, workflow observation, pilot design, and adoption tracking.
