Job summary

Cast AI is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape AI-powered infrastructure products at scale. You will explore emerging problems, talk to customers, and connect weak signals to prioritize impactful opportunities in a fast-moving, greenfield environment.

You will work with engineering, design, and GTM teams to validate ideas, develop 0→1 products, and drive broad adoption across a global, remote-first organization.

Qualifications

• Significant experience owning software products end-to-end.
• Ability to shape problems from ambiguity into clear hypotheses.
• Proven track record in discovering customer needs beyond asked-for features.
• Strong analytical thinking across data, signals and constraints.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for a distributed team.
• Hands-on use of modern AI tools in product work.

Responsibilities

• Identify problems worth solving by exploring customer needs and market signals.
• Turn ambiguity into clear product direction and hypotheses.
• Lead 0→1 product development from insight to adoption.
• Validate ideas quickly; decide to invest further or pivot.
• Make hard prioritization decisions about what to build now.
• Work directly with customers and observe workflows to uncover root problems.
• Partner with engineering and design to craft feasible solutions.
• Define success metrics and use evidence to guide decisions.
• Drive adoption and measure real customer value post-launch.
• Communicate clearly with concise narratives and PRDs.
