Gitwit Creative is hiring a Product Designer to lead the product experience for new AI ventures. You will decide what the product should be and design it to a finish worthy of real users.

This senior role requires strong product judgment and a portfolio demonstrating zero-to-one impact. You will work across discovery, strategy, engineering, brand, and venture leadership to shape early versions, set quality standards, and hand off polished products to founding teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product design, hands-on and deeply skilled.
• Experience taking products from zero to one.
• A portfolio of work you can share that showcases your experience.

Responsibilities

• Set and hold the visual and interaction quality for the studio's products.
• Lead zero-to-one product design for new AI products from concept to launch.
• Resolve hard parts: states, edge cases, interactions that make a product feel finished.
• Design AI workflows where outputs vary, include uncertainty, and have clear next steps.
• Prototype quickly to help the team learn what is real before overbuilding.
• Translate user observations into product hypotheses, experiments, and design decisions.
• Work with strategists, researchers, engineers, designers, and venture leaders to turn ideas into real tests.
• Build and share a design system, standards, and specifications for engineers.
