Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Product Manager in the United States to shape AI-powered product strategy and collaborate with design, engineering, and architecture teams to drive lifecycle management from discovery to delivery.

You will own PRDs, backlogs, roadmaps and KPIs, conduct customer discovery and market research, and align with PMO/Scrum for ongoing capability development in AI and SaaS offerings at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with lifecycle focus.
• Proven track record in AI-enabled products.
• Strong understanding of software dev lifecycle and modern stacks.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and PM tools.
• Experience with AI/ML, LLMs, and SaaS initiatives.
• Knowledge of JTBD, RICE, OKRs, Lean, Agile, ShapeUp.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Ops to develop and maintain PM playbooks and guidance.
• Facilitate communities of practice and engagement rituals.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders.
• Develop onboarding materials for the PM community.
• Own and prioritize product backlog balancing user needs and tech constraints.
• Define product success metrics and KPIs using feedback and data.
• Support release planning, GTM readiness, and stakeholder communications.
• Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
